प्रति,                                         दिनांक: १०.१.२०१८ मा. देवेन्द्रजी फडणवीस, मुख्यमंत्री, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, मंत्रालय, मुबई महोदय,            खरे तर अगदी कालपर्यंत या विषयावर आपल्याला पत्र लिहीन असे वाटत नव्हते. पण आपण काल परवा अचानक कोणीही न विचारता "नयनतारा सहगल या ज्येष्ठ लेखिकेला साहित्य संमेलनसाठी दिलेले निमंत्रण रद्द करण्याशी माझा काहीही संबंध नाही!" असे जाहीर व्यक्तव्य केलेत आणि कुणी काही विचारले नाही तरी तुम्ही स्वतःहून असे स्पष्टीकरण का दिलेत? या विचाराने मला उगीचच अस्वस्थ वाटायला लागले म्हणून हा पत्रप्रपंच!              पत्र थोडे मोठे आहे तरी पण तुम्ही ते वाचाल असे वाटते. समाजातील एकारलेल्या काही मुखंडांना वाटतो तितका हा विषय छोटा नाही तसेच एक सामान्य लेखक म्हणून साहित्यिक आणि साहित्याबद्दल थोडी ओढ वाटते त्यामुळे जरा जास्त आणि सविस्तर लिहितो.             नयनता...
